Innovative Sun Academy (ISA) operates the Virtual Franchise partner portal. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide as a franchise partner.

• Partner identity and contact details (name, email, WhatsApp number, address, city).
• Profile photo you upload for your partner account.
• Login credentials (username and hashed password).
• Bank payout details for franchise earnings transfers.
• Candidate application data you submit on behalf of learners.
• Usage logs related to portal access, commissions, and payouts.

How we use your information

• To operate your Virtual Franchise account and partner dashboard.
• To communicate about admissions, commissions, statements, and payouts.
• To verify rights-fee status, compliance, and payout eligibility.
• To improve portal security and prevent misuse of the franchise channel.

Fee and payment data

All student course fees are collected only into ISA-designated accounts. Franchise partners do not collect student fees. Partner bank details are used solely for franchise earnings payouts approved by ISA.

Sharing

We do not sell partner personal data. Information may be shared with ISA staff, payment processors, or service providers only as needed to run the Virtual Franchise program, or when required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain partner and application records for as long as needed for operations, audit, and legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized ISA systems and staff. You should keep your login credentials confidential.

Your choices

You may update contact details, address, profile photo, and bank information from your partner profile. For account closure or data requests, contact ISA Virtual Academy support.
