These terms govern use of the ISA Virtual Franchise partner portal operated by Innovative Sun Academy (ISA). By logging in or applying as a partner, you agree to these terms.

1. Partner role

A Virtual Franchise partner markets and refers candidates for ISA live-batch admissions according to the approved package. Partners do not become owners of ISA courses, brands, or student fee accounts.

2. Student fees

All student fees must be paid only into ISA-designated accounts. Partners must not collect, hold, or redirect student fees. Doing so is a material breach and may result in suspension, commission hold, or cancellation.

3. Commissions & payouts

• Commission is calculated from verified ISA fee receipts according to your package share.
• ISA may review, approve, hold, or adjust commission entries before payout.
• Payouts are made only to the bank account saved in your partner profile.
• Partners must keep contact and bank details accurate and up to date.

4. Rights fee & status

Package rights fees, activation, suspension, and cancellation are managed by ISA. Inactive or suspended partners may lose portal access and payout eligibility until resolved.

5. Conduct & marketing

• Use only approved messaging about courses, fees, batches, and ISA branding.
• Do not misrepresent ISA, invent offers, or promise outcomes ISA has not authorized.
• Protect candidate personal data submitted through the portal.

6. Portal use

You are responsible for activity under your login. Do not share credentials. ISA may suspend access for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual property

ISA names, logos, course materials, and portal content remain ISA property. Partners receive a limited license to use approved materials for franchise marketing only.

8. Limitation

ISA is not liable for indirect losses arising from portal downtime, delayed payouts caused by incomplete partner details, or partner marketing outside approved channels.

9. Changes

ISA may update these terms. Continued use of the partner portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
